Porterhouse aged steak for 30 days

Porterhouse is a larger version of the T-Bone steak. Like the T-Bone, it has a piece of striploin on one side and a piece of tenderloin on the other side. However, Porterhouse distinguishes a greater proportion of tenderloin meat by weight than in T-Bone.
